Vampire attack in California
This was sent to us by a sheriff’s officer in California. We can’t really say that it comes as much of a surprise to see something like this happen, especially after finding out about the blood profit humans are making off of vampires. But it’s disappointing.

I realize this is probably not supposed to be funny…but I haven’t laughed that hard in ages.
“This is my parent’s car!”
Brilliant!

I laughed at this one too. “Hey ‘vampy’ (LOL) suck on anything good lately? You look like an ass sucker. Oh, you gonna go cry about it to your mommy?” (that would be sire - get it right) Typical no brain jocks picking on anyone who doesn’t play football and weat Abercrombie. They got what was coming to them!!! Now they can go “cry to their mommy” about the car situation.
LOL!

The “Hey Vampy” was funny.
Just goes to show you…you play like a man, you pay like a man.

Yeah, I think these guys fall into the too-stupid-to-live category. You can’t mouth off like that to a regular human without expecting to get a serious ass-kicking much less a vampire with a superiority complex and super-human strength.

OK, I definitely did not laugh.
That gave me the shivers.
Is Tru:Blood really going to stop most vampires from doing things like this?
August 25th, 2008 at 5:26 pm
i thought it was very funny actually, people who degrade others for their own amusement deserve to be punished, this may not be the best way though. Either way i view this as nothing worse than what most persecuted human teenagers do, no true blood will not stop this, just like not every guidance councilor can stop a school shooting.

Yeah, bloodshed is great if it’s committed by people we like. Those verbal slings were harsh, unbearable, and morally outrageous. Besides, it’s a vampire so whatever he does is okay, even if he wasn’t in any danger.

Ok that is sooo not funny the fang head probably killed those kids. sure it’s not nice to make fun of a vampire but they had families a they didn’t desverve to die that way for a bunch of silly words

It was stupid for those fools to tease that vampire, but it was 100 times more stupid for him to kill them. That’s just asinine bravado. How many more vampires has that guy just put in danger because of this macho idiocy? Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Before the Great Revelation this kind of behavior would have been punished by his Elders. He’s probably been just itching to do something like that for decades, so now he thought he could get away with it. He was probably a skinny little kid who got teased in school, then thought he could get back at everyone as a vampire.
What’s really tragic, besides the loss those humans’ families face, is that this stupid vampire hasn’t learned any common sense in all his years. What’s the use of living for hundreds of years if you can’t even learn a little common sense?

Bah! Those unthinking fools thought to taunt a vampire and simply walk away? Granted, he shouldn’t have killed them…thier transgressions didn’t warrent death. But if it had been me?….They would have been sitting in ICU for many weeks. Let the humans learn from this, Don’t piss us off…some of us may not take too kindly to it!

I’m sure this video will make other humans think twice before teasing a vampire, but what is the final result? Humans will fear us, and when they fear that which they do not understand, they want to destroy it. Having humans be afraid of us is not the way for us to have peace.
If we want to try to integrate peacefully into human society, we have to at least appear to live by human laws. We can’t just kill people because they’ve insulted us. If we hope to ever have human laws on our side - like the VRA - we have to show that we’re willing to live by humans laws ourselves.
There will always be ways to quietly get rid of one’s problems, but *quietly* means no video tape or other evidence is ever left behind.

Persephone, don’t get me wrong,Humans shouldn’t have to fear us. But given whats happen to vampires lately since the Great Revelation..how could we not see this coming? Since the Great Revelation our kind has been burned at the stake, drained of our blood and had it to turned into a drug, the AVL’s office in Shreveport was attacked n ruined, Anni Lange was murdered for god knows what reason. It is our kind who should be afraid of them! What happen in California is just the beginning of a powder keg who fuse has been lit.

I think what us humans should remember is that we are no longer needed, by vampires and should watch what we do. Or it will not be an
intergration, it will be armageddon.

Do you honestly believe these things didn’t happen before the Great Revelation? The general public just didn’t know about it before. Now they at least have a chance to be outraged.
You know, I think I’ve finally figured out why the AVL has been so low-key about these attrocities. They knew a few hot-headed vamps were going to react like that guy in California. They knew there was going to be a backlash from groups like the FOTS. They knew there would be videos and other evidence of the horrors “God-fearing” humans are capable of commiting against a feared minority group.
I think they’ve allowed all this to happen, so younger vampires would learn to be careful in this “brave new world” and humans would learn that some of the worst monsters don’t have fangs.
Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”, Act V, Scene I:
“O wonder!
How many goodly creatures are there here!
How beauteous mankind is!
O brave new world
That hath such people in’t!”

On second thought, rewatching this and other videos…sure it’s creepy, and scary. In the modern world, people (human or vampire) are not allowed to just kill anyone they want because those people called them names.
OTOH…that video of supposed FOTS members about to apparently burn someone (a vampire?) at the stake was just as scary. If not more so.
I’m human, I’m at risk. But if me and 50 of my human pals got ourselves some silver and cornered some vampire on a dark street…we could take him or her, couldn’t we?
August 27th, 2008 at 7:25 pm
thats kinda creepy. i forgot how bad mortals are to us…-shivers-
August 27th, 2008 at 9:49 pm
Yeah, what did vampires ever do to mortals? Sure, a vamp has to drain a person or two of their life force now and then, but mortals do the same thing to poor little animals.
Sticks and stones may break only bones but fangs will rip your throat out.

guess they wont be contributing to the gene pool anytime soon. Lol…jk.

Sarcasm aside.
Those who say this was morally justified are touched in the head.
