V. A SCOURGE ON OUR YOUTH
Vampire’s blood, or V, is a scourge on our nation’s youth. State Senator Adams lost his son to a V overdose—don’t let the same thing happen to your child.
Make vampire blood registration mandatory. Vote YES on Prop 188. Don’t let another child die.
Paid for by the Vote Yes on Proposition 188 committee.

Yes.. it is our responsibility, but this act is not going to stop the blood from “dripping” on the market. Those that crave on our blood and harvest it will find ways to distribute it without having a registered one.
In the other hand, i mostly think that they need to have us registered for other purposes and our blood as a narcotic it’s not the real case.

Umm…wait a minute. Mandatory vampire registration? Whatever the reason, it is unconstitutional. Those vampires who do not wish to reveal themselves shouldn’t have to. In addition, this measure will only ensure that more vampires are drained for their blood, since people will still crave it and it will not be as widely available.

It sounds risky. It could endanger vampires more than it protects them. I could also seeing this work for framing vampires.

It’s not all the vampires fault. It’s because of the drainers!

Anyone in their right mind will hear that this is not the right way to deal with this problem. Whilest there is an actual problem of humans abusing the substance and there are some vampires who knowingly will provide humans with V, this law is not the answer. The most part of V on the market (especially the more affordable) is being tapped by drainers from unvilling victims and it is already a shameful enough experience without adding the risk of being criminalised for being attacked. And the vampires who trade with their blood will find ways around the law for sure, as will the users.
It can easily be likened to saying that if a woman gets raped she will be prosecuted for having a body that someone would get pleasure out of using. A view that only the most derranged mind could even consider being true and surely not a direction that this government would want to persue.
